SME companies use the internet for PIN, cash register systems, email, telephony, alarm, video monitoring etc.
If the internet connection fails, they can not accept electronic payments. At some companies, cash register systems do not work or they cannot process orders. They are also not reachable by email and telephone.
Arranging a second internet line of a different type is expensive, and sometimes not possible. Special equipment and expertise are required for such an installation. That is why SME companies do not use this option.

Standalone Backup Internet solution is very simple.
We send a pre-installed Backup Internet Router to the customer. If the normal internet fails, then the customer turns on this router and places the network cables (in the yellow LAN ports of the normal internet router) in the yellow ports of the backup internet router.
To make everything work smoother, we ask for the local IP subnet of the customer, and set this on the backup internet router.
We also ask for the name and password of the customer WiFi, and set this on the backup router as well.
This option is cheaper because we do not have to do on-site installation.
It costs 140 euros for a ready-to-use router, and 30 euros for a WorldMobile Pro annual subscription.
Data usage costs 5 euros per GB in the EU. We set a monthly limit on data usage desired by the customer.

We visit the customer location and install the backup internet router behind the fixed internet router. Backup internet router normally uses your primary internet. When the primary internet does not work, the backup connection gets activated. When the normal connection becomes online, the backup router will use the primary connection again.
We arrange all network adjustments at the customer location. In some cases, we have to log in to the customer’s router, and the login details of the customer’s router are required.
We invoice our additional work on location based on an hourly invoice.
