Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for returns. The return label will be sent to you as an e-mail attachment. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel service of the relevant provider in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Activated data packages are not refunded. Data package activation is seen as use of the balance.
