Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. SIM cards that have been used and with which successful calls, text messages or data traffic have taken place will be marked as used and will not be refunded.
If you buy a physical SIM with credit and/or data package, we will regard the credit and/or data package as a digital product.

Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for returns. The return label will be sent to you as an e-mail attachment. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel service of the relevant provider in the Netherlands or Belgium.

e-sims that have been installed and with which successful calls, text messages or data traffic have taken place are marked as used and will not be refunded.
If you use part of the purchased balance/call credit, you cannot get the purchase amount back. Our products are prepaid and the balance remains valid for at least one year.
Activated data packages are not refunded. Data package activation is seen as use of the balance.
