Travel SIM User Guide

If you have ordered tour travelsim directly from Worldmobile, then your account is already created. 

In case you have bought your travel sim from a sales partner, then please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your SIM card number (starts with +372)
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • If you order the SIM via bol.com, please include the order number from bol.com

 

We will create your account and send you the login details by email.

You can log in to the Worldmobile web site and recharge your travel SIM card(s). We do not accept credit cards or PayPal. You can pay online with iDEAL or with payment solutions from Belgian banks. 

You can also request an invoice and pay the invoice. We will update your account/SIM balance after receiving your payment.

This information is visible after logging in to the Worldmobile travelsim account.

You can also call the code  *146*099# with your travel sim. Balance and phone number will appear on your screen.

Worldmobile SIM cards have an Estonia mobile number starting with +372

You will be using this number when making calls, receiving calls, and sending and receiving text messages.

You should dial the number that you are calling with international format, for example, like 0049123456789 

Calling betweek EU countries costs 15 eurocents/minute.

Calling from the Netherlands and Belgium to outside the EU, and calling from countries outside the EU is very cheap. See our rates for calling and receiving calls.

In order to use the internet, data usage and data roaming must be enabled on your device. 

Use in a Wifi Hotspot (Data tethering) is permitted.

Worldmobile travelsim product has a standard data rate that is calculated per MB. You can never use more data than what is possible with your balance.

You can use data packages to use the internet cheaply in many countries.

SMS does not work on the first day you use the sim. The sim card must register in the SMS system. The SMS function does work from the 2nd day of using a sim. Sending SMS from the EU countries costs 6 eurocents/SMS.

Travel SIM orders with a balance or data package are treated with extra care. For this reason, travel sim cards of such orders are made inactive before sending them to the customers

If you receive a blocked sim then you can call Worldmobile or send an email. We will activate your sim within a day.

In most cases, internet works without problems. You should have some balance on the SIM card or activate a data package. If necessary, you can create an APN (Access Point Name) with the following value: send.ee

By default, voicemail is enabled on travel SIM cards (also known as Worldmobile 4G/5G International sim). 

You can call the following code numbers to manage your voicemail.

Please note: Calling voicemail is not free.

WorldMobile Travel SIM cards have an Estonian mobile number by default, and this number is displayed to the callee.

It is possible to change this displayed number, for example, to your Dutch mobile number.

If you want to change the displayed number, you can send an email to Worldmobile with your request.

You can forward incoming calls to your WorldMobile Travel SIM card to a landline or mobile number in one of the 100+ countries where receiving calls is free.

It is not possible to forward SMS messages.

You can activate and cancel call forwarding by calling the following codes with the relevant WorldMobile Travel SIM card:

Activate call forwarding
Dial 146*081*00 country code phone number# and press „Call”
Example: *146*081*00493012345678#

Cancel call forwarding
*146*080# and press „Call”

In this way, you can receive calls on your normal numbers.

WorldMobile customers can view their call, SMS and data usage history at any time. All data is shown with country of use, caller and called number and the associated costs.

There is no limitation on the history that can be displayed.

In some cases there may be a few minutes delay in viewing call and SMS costs.

Data usage data is shown after the roaming partner has sent the usage data to WorldMobile.
