Travelsim, eSIM, and M2M sim accounts:

You send your name, address, sim card number, and your order number with an email to info@worldmobile.nl. 

We create your account, and send the login details by email.

Worldmobile PRO WORLD sim/eSIM accounts:

Customers who use their sims with data packages cannot get an account. Data packages have special prices and it is not possible to use data packages with customer accounts.

Pro World simcard and Pro World eSIM owners can inquire the balance of their sims/eSIM and the remaining data in the data packages on this page. In case you do not know the endpointId of your sim, you can ask it from Worldmobile by sending an email.

Customers who want a Pro WORLD account will use data with these rates. Data Rates for business customers depend on their contracts.

If you can not reset your password, then you can send an email to info@worldmobile.nl with your sim card number.

We will reset your password and send the new password by email.

You can order your SIM cards and eSIMs on the webshop.

The physical SIM cards are sent by traceable post. The SIMs with balance/package are sent with blocked status. 

NOTE: The e-SIMs are sent as a QR code with an email. The email may be classified as spam, please check the spam folder. Send an email to info@worldmobile.nl if you do not receive your e-sim within 24 hours.

If you order a travel sim, travel esim, or m2m sim, we will immediately create an account for you and send your login details by email. You log in to your account and manage your SIM card / eSIM. We recommend that you activate a data package.

Worldmobile Pro World sim/eSIM recharging and package activations are not automated yet. Customers can buy credit and/or data packages on this website, and we will update the sims/eSIMs. You can also send an email with your request; we will send a payment request and update the sims after your payment.

Travel sim, Travel e-SIM and M2M sim

You can recharge your sim with your account. The purchased balance will be added to your sim card within 10 minutes. If you do not have an account yet, you can ask for one by sending an email to us.

Worldmobile PRO sim/e-sim

Online recharge of PRO sims/eSIMS is not yet possible. If you use a PRO sim/eSIM then you can purchase worldmobile balance or a suitable data package on the online store. We will update your sim with your purchase. 

You can also send an email to info@worldmobile.nl with your request. We will send you a payment request and update your Pro sim/eSIM after your payment is received.

SMS service for Worldmobile travel sim, travel esim and Worldmobile M2M sim does not work on the first day of sim activation.

SMS will work from the second day onwards.

Worldmobile World Pro sim does not support SMS service at this moment.

all Worldmobile sims/eSIMs are roaming sim cards. Roaming must be allowed on your device, also in the Netherlands and Belgium.

If you experience problems with internet connection, you can add/change APN (Access Point Name) as send.ee (valid for travel sim, travel eSIM and M2M-sim), or as bicsapn for Worldmobile PRO sim/eSIM.

If you still have problems with internet connection with a Worldmobile sim, then  you can send an email to info@worldmobile.nl with your sim number, device type and the country in which you are trying to use your sim.

Physical SIM cards that contain balance or a data package are made inactive before they are sent to the customers. 

SIM cards are activated (balance/package added) after the customer confirms with an email to info@worldmobile.nl that he/she has received the sim card.

e-sims are activated before they are sent to the customer.

Worldmobile Pro sim cards and eSIMs (that do not use a discount plan) become inactive if they have no balance or data package. You can reuse these sims by purhasing new balance or data package.

You can call Worldmobile on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 Central European Time.

Please send your questions/requests by email as much as possible. We try to answer emails outside working hours as well.

Making and receiving calls is possible with the travel sim and travel esim products.

Rates for calling in the Netherlands and Belgium to countries outside the EU are very low.

Please note that travel sim/esim has an Estonian number. In some cases, callers may not be able to call these numbers that begin with +372. This is because some networks do not allow their customers to call these numbers.

Travelsim and Travel eSIM does not support normal GSM calling in the USA.
