Refund and Return Policy

Sim/e-SIM order refunds

Unused sim cards and un-installed e-sims can be returned back within 30 days after you have received the sim/e-sim. In case the customer has ordered some balance together with the sim/e-sim at the time of ordering, then this balance will be returned as well.

Activated Travel sim and Travel e-sim data packages can never be returned; these packages are charged at the time of ordering/activation of the package for the sim/e-sim, and it is not possible to undo the activation. In case a travel sim/e-sim is ordered together with a data package, the data package should be activated by the customer himself, or Worldmobile will activate the package on behald of the customer only after the customer confirms that he/she has received the sim or he/she successfully installed the e-sim.

M2M sim data packages can be refunded only if the data package is not activated yet. The data package will be activated during the first data session after ordering the data package.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are mistakenly ordered. For example, if you have ordered an M2M sim whereas a normal travelsim or Worldmobile Pro sim would have been better for you, then we replace the sim. We can also replace an e-sim with a physical sim and vice versa.

In case we replace your sim we do charge for the shipment costs for sending the new sim. We expect our customers to send the first product by paying the shipment costs themselves.

In case we replace a sim/e-sim than we can transfer remaining balance on the replaced sim to the new one.

Balance and Data Package Refunds

Once a sim/e-sim has been used/installed by the customer then it can not be returned.

The balance bought for the sim will not be returned as well. In principle:

  • The balance bought for a travel sim, travel e-sim and M2M sim is valid for 15 months. The customer had 15 months to use the purchased prepaid balance.
  • The balance bought for the Worldmobile Pro sim and Worldmobile Pro e-sim will remain on the sim until the balance is used up completely.

M2M sim data packages can be cancelled and the package cost be added to the sim only if the data package is not activated yet. The data package will be activated during the first data session after ordering the data package. If an M2M data package is cancelled, then the balance will be added to the sim.

Data package activation costs on the Worldmobile Pro sim and Worldmobile Pro e-sim can in some cases be partially added back to the sim balance. In this case, the used part of the data package will be re-calculated according to the DISCOUNT-0 rates corresponding to the data package zone, and in case the package cost is higher than the re-calculated amount then the difference will be added to the sim balance. The customer will continue using the new balance either for activating a new data package or use the balance with a DISCOUNT package.

Customers having balance on a certain type of sim/e-sim can use this balance with another sim type by ordering a new sim/e-sim and asking for a balance transfer..
