    A call to WorldMobile network costs the same as a phone call to an Estonian mobile phone. 

  • Is it true that calls on WorldMobile ''Support” are free of charge from around the world?

    WorldMobile customers can call our customer service ”hotline” free of charge.

    Regardless of your actual location, and even if your WorldMobile balance is empty, you can call us and ask questions. The first three minutes of the conversation is free of charge, a fee is imposed from the fourth minute.

  • Is it true that call divert from WorldMobile is a free service?

    Yes, it is! The call divert service from WorldMobile to mobile or fixed-line phones is free of charge in more than 140 advantage countries all around the world.

    To activate the service dial *146*081*00ccnumber# where number is part of number after country code.

    To deactivate forwarding just dial *146*080# 

  • Is it possible to send free SMS to a WorldMobile number?

    Yes. Free SMS can be sent from our website from the SEND SMS directory.

    Sending SMS does not require any login. Anyone can visit worldmobile.nl website and sent you one or more SMS messages.

  • Is it possible to receive incoming calls with a ''zero'' balance?

    Yes. In the advantage countries with free incoming calls you can receive incoming calls with a "zero" balance (which means without any money left on the WorldMobile account).

  • How do I get information about call rates, for instance from France to USA, or from Kenia to Turkey?

    To find call rates, go to the "Rates" page from website menu. 

    Then select the desired country: "I am calling from" and the destination country "I am calling to". 

    The tariff calculator will calculate the various rates of phone calls, texting, and mobile internet.

  • What are the expiration terms of WorldMobile and my balance?

    There are no expiration terms imposed.

    The card is blocked only if 2 years pass without any activity on the card (phone call, SMS, data usage, or credit refill).

  • How is money deducted from my balance?

    Money is deducted incrementally in real time, within the duration of the phone call. The cost of a phone call is imposed starting from the moment of actual response.

  • What is the rate of a phone call from WorldMobile to WorldMobile?

    WorldMobile offers the cheapest voice communication rates within roaming networks in more than 140 countries : 0,19 €/min; so, for instance, if a caller is located in Brazil and the call recipient is in Greece, the caller will be charged 0,19 €/min, but the call recipient will pay nothing. This tariff is effective in all countries with free incoming calls (except Canada and Central Africa)

    Regarding other countries, the call rate depends on the country the call is being placed from. Go to the “rates” page and select your desired country: the particular tariff will be indicated in the “Outgoing calls on WorldMobile” section.

  • How are my phone calls calculated?

    The charge is imposed per minute for successfully connected calls. There is no subscription or specific connection fee.

  • What is the country my WorldMobile number's code +372 belongs to ?

    Country code +372 belongs to Estonia.

    It is possible that your colleagues and family/friends call your WorldMobile SIM with a local number in your country (option available in over 50 countries.

    It is even possible that you receive calls made to your own local mobile nummer on WorldMobile SIM.

    Please contact WorldMobile if you want to use either of these options.

  • What is the price of requesting a balance refill via the short numbers 098 and 099?

    This service is free of charge.

  • Is WorldMobile suitable for any type of telephone?

    The service can be provided from any GSM standard operating mobile phone, which is not technically locked or set to operate with a certain operator.

  • Can I access the Internet via WorldMobile?

    Yes.

  • Can I use the list of contacts in my phone?

    Yes. Numbers should be kept in the phone memory with country and city codes, for instance 0033ххххххх or +33ххххххх

  • Is it necessary to activate WorldMobile upon purchase?

    No, it is not. See the Instruction manual directory to start operating.

  • How can I refill my WorldMobile balance?

    TheWorldMobile balance can be recharged on the website in the RECHARGE page by means of credit or debit card.

    Our customers can also enable automatic recharge from their credit cards by logging into "my account" part on worldmobile.nl.

    You can also buy WorldMobile recharge scratch cards at one of retail points, and use the PIN on them to recharge your SIM.

    There can also find some recharge card selling website and buy a PIN from them.

    When you have a PIN number, you can use recharge option on the WorldMobile menu app on your phone, or simply dial the recharge code *146*098PIN# to recharge your card.

  • How can I check my WorldMobile balance?

    To check your current balance do the following:

    Enter the WorldMobile menu on your phone’s menu:
    Enter the Check balance section.
    An informational message about your balance remainder will appear on the display of your phone.

    Alternatively, you can dial *146*099# on your phone. The current balance of your SIM will be displayed.

  • I do not remember my WorldMobile SIM number. How can I get it?

    Dial *146*099# on your phone. Your WorldMobile number will be shown together with your current balance.

  • Special features of operating WorldMobile in iPhones as well as Android O.S. ( Samsung, HTC etc.).

    Some models of Iphone smartphones, as well as devices working on Android operating system, such as HTC, Galaxy, Samsung, do not support WorldMobile service in an automatic mode, but only with the implementation of a special code *146*00ccNUMBER#, then button “call” (where ‘’сс’’stands for ‘’country code’’).

    In order to deploy the service of phone call from WorldMobile in an automated mode, there is the sequence of coded commands in menu of configuration settings of WorldMobile as follows:

    Within the iPhone smartphone models, WorldMobile setting menu usually is located in “Settings – Phone – Sim command”.

  • How to Hide Callback

    It is possible to hide the callback process when making your calls on Android devices.

    Please install "Smart Callback" from the Google Play store and activate all options. Calls you make will progress like normal calls.

  • Does WorldMobile rates include any taxes?

    Rates mentioned in the website are net amounts without any taxes.

    Customers in Netherlands and EU will have to pay VAT unless they have a valid business VAT number.

    Recharge cards bought by European customers either via website or at any retail outler or reseller will include VAT. The correspondingg recharge amount will be 1/1.21 of the paid amount. Net amount corresponding to a 10 euro recharge card will be 8,27 euro.

  • Attention for the callers to WorldMobile SIM numbers!

    WorldMobile SIM cards use phone numbers from Estonian mobile.

    WorldMobile SIM card owners call WorldMobile numbers for 0.19 euro per minute.

    Anybody calling WorldMobile numbers from a non WorldMobile subscription should check their provider's rate for calling the specific WorldMobile phone numbers.
